How does Vinta Pro get into the app?
After you subscribe on this website, open Vinta on your iPhone and sign in with the same email address. Pro features unlock immediately. If they don't, write to us and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing portal link in your receipt email, or email us at ro.degtiarev@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy for any reason, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Which devices does Vinta run on?
iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Vinta Pro is tied to your email, so it works on every iPhone you sign in on.
How do I get help?
